This is my first S'well bottle purchase and I am so impressed.The bottle arrived in perfect condition, in a nice cardboard tube.The bottle itself holds 500 mL so it is easy to keep track of your water consumption.I have not used this bottle for hot beverages, but it keeps my water cold all day! It is such a luxury opening up your water bottle mid-workout and sipping nice COLD water. The water from this bottle tastes great - no metallic taste and no plastic-y taste. I actually find that I am drinking more water at work since purchasing this bottle.I was afraid that bottle would be heavy (doesn't it look heavy?) but it isn't. Very light and easy to transport with me - either in my hand or in my bag.This water bottle is not dishwasher safe, but it is very easy to clean. I just swish it with soapy water, rinse, and place upside down to try. Easy and fuss free!My favorite thing about this bottle is that is DOES NOT SWEAT. I can put it on my side table or throw it in my purse and nothing gets damp - no matter how cold the water inside the bottle is! This bottle DOES NOT leave rings. FIVE STARS!!!!The upgrade from a plastic water bottle has been great! I got this in the white shade and although it's expected that marks would eventually apparent since it's light, I was disappointed that it came with imperfections already. If you grab this bottle, get another colour instead. Besides that, great bottle.The bottle come with bumps and bruises. There are scratches and it looks like debris is under the paint - looks like little hairs. Requested a replacement which had the same problem. Requested a second replacement, which had no scratches but still debis under the paint. Not impressed for such an expensive bottle.Great bottle, keeps water nice and cold all day. Only 2 stars because it came damaged with punctures, very disappointed as it was a gift for my husband. Unacceptable, especially for the price.Cheap paint comes off easily when placed on bicycle bottle holder.Original. Keeps drinks cold.Cant put ice cubes because of small neck.Have to break the cubes into smaller pieces or make smaller ice cubes.I bought this water bottle for my father for his birthday and even though the price is way too much, it is a great water bottle and keeps his drinks cold all day. He only uses swell bottles for this reason. If you are looking for an attractive, functional water bottle and do not care about the price as much, this is a great choice.Just ordered this supposedly brand new water bottle.The classic cylinder box it usually comes with was no where to be found.Typically there is warranty information within the bottle as well- nothing was inside.Don’t waste your money i these- just buy from an actual store to make sure you get proper warranty and packaging. Ridiculous.Was ok for a month or so then started to smell and the Swell logo is coming off. Had many Swells before and this never happened. Unfortunately, it's too late for a refund. Will probably consider purchasing another brand that offers the same and taking a break from Swell products.
